seem like TP bug still remains in few brokers such as IBFX (EUR/CHF tested result above) and MasterForex...there is no problem with TP reset in LiteForex (EUR/USD tested) and FXOpen (USD/CHF tested)...
anyway, to be fair, next week, i will test same capital, same strategy, same pair on different brokers to evaluate their server performance...
